Janai Jewellery is the ultimate destination if you are looking for diamond rings and/or engagement rings in Victoria. I have been to many stores but the experience at Janai is second to none. I have learnt a lot about diamond from Tim - He showed me about hearts and arrows (symmetry of the diamonds), the sparks etc. that nowhere else talking about, and he spent plenty of time helping us to find the right ring for the engagement. Guess what! We ended up buying the wedding bands from Janai as well and was greatly helped by Chi who is so nice, friendly and dedicated to her job. She went above and beyond to help us in so many ways (such as the size of the rings, the material & the models etc.), spending a lot of time with us to make sure we are happy and having our wedding bands on time at a good price. We are so grateful that we came across Janai and doing business with Tim and Chi here.
